[ASAP] Your Pledge, the Dioseces and your Parish

This message is in response to several people that have considered changing
their pledge in response to Bishop Bauerschmidt's position on gay marriage
in the Diocese of Tennessee. Your clergy and vestry need to hear from you,
in order to gauge the impact on their fiscal plans and to craft a means by
which they can honor your request not to contribute to the Diocese.
For many of you, including those at Christ Church, your vestries are
formulating next year's budget and planning on changes for 2016. Time is of
the essence to communicate your concerns to your clergy and vestry, so
please take time today and write your clergy and vestry members to explain
your intentions.
